With the advent of personal computers
into the business world in the mid
1980’s, we became innovators
by providing remote outsource accounting
services to the travel agency industry.
From our headquarters located in
southern California we took advantage
of the then leading-edge technologies,
offering our professional accounting
skills to these small and medium
size businesses nationwide. As relationships
with our clients matured we naturally
migrated into payroll and associated
compliance responsibilities. Our
high-end personal approach has been
the foundation of our continuing
growth and success.
As we approach our 20 year anniversary
we have launched a new brand. Payroll
Service Plus. With it we establish
a new upper class of payroll service
for the discriminating business
owner.

affordable stand-alone versions of
the same products and services. Government
agencies at state, federal and local
levels have also played an important
part by implementing electronic filing
and tax payment systems that are free
of charge to all businesses. A broad
array of ancillary products such as
health insurance, workers comp pay-as-you-pay
plans, Section 125 administration,
401k and other retirement products,
Visa/MC check cards and more, are
also now available equally to Payroll
Service Plus clients as to ADP/Paychex
users. The playing field truly has
been leveled.
